Managing your Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) shouldn’t be burdensome. Through 2016, we’re offering a free trial of our new online QIP Manager. Contact us to begin logging required improvements and managing them through to implementation. You’ll then be able to evaluate your achievements and report your success.
The QIP Manager is designed to allow an integrated and streamlined approach to converting information received into actual improvements.
When logging an improvement, you’ll be able to identify the source, loop in the people responsible and provide them with the details and instructions such as file attachments. You can also nominate the priority and timeframes for completion along with the expected outcomes it relates to.
Easily navigate and filter through the improvements you’re linked with through your very own dashboard and register. Use the reporting module to nominate which improvements you’d like to view and generate them in a variety of file formats.
If you’re using Penelope QIP’s Quality, Risk Management and Benchmarking program, the platform already integrates with your unique program of audit tools and reports. For services not currently members of the Penelopecare Benchmarking program, you’re welcome to begin trialling the QIP Manager and letting us know how we can continue to improve it to best suit your quality system.
